Terms & Conditions

BY MAKING USE OF MY SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO COMPLY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  1. NO COMPLETE INQUIRY FORM = NO REPLY

  2. Strictly No Cancellation and No Refund upon request is already started. 50% of the commission's final price will be applied as a cancellation fee.

  3. 50% Down Payment or Full Payment is required to secure your slot and avoid scams. Remaining Balance will be settled before claiming the output.

  4. No Indecisive Client. Be clear on the design you want to avoid a lot of revisions.

  5. The commissioner is authorized to decline a request if it's beyond her expertise, availability, and internal reasons.

  6. Every commissioned work will be watermarked with "Designed by: LikhaineStudio"

  7. All private orders, removing of watermark, and not posted in my social media platforms will be charged of ₱100.

  8. All commission is for PERSONAL USE only.

  9. COMMERCIAL USE OR ANY PRINTABLE request will cost twice the final price.

  10. Client may request PSD, Canva Link, & PDF files of the commission it will be charged of ₱200 for every file.

  11. If the client failed to claim the output there will be a late payment fee of ₱40.00 per day.

  12. Up to two (2) Minor Revision is allowed. Major Revision will incur an extra fee.
    ✦ MINOR REVISION : Change font, font color, and size of element/s.
    ✦ MAJOR REVISION : Changing of name/details provided, the entire design, or color palette.

  13. Rush Commission will have an additional fee:
    ✦ Less than 24 hours before the deadline : ₱100
    ✦ 1-2 days before the deadline : ₱80
    ✦ 3 days before the deadline : ₱60

  14. Available mode of payment

  15. I have the right over the final output, meaning I can use it in my portfolio or social media platforms.

  16. All transactions and information are strictly kept confidential.
